We are very excited to be working with a global leader in education technology, partnering with top British universities to deliver high-quality online degrees to students worldwide. They are an entrepreneurial, results driven organisation and growing at a fast rate and with this, they are looking for a Sales Executive with previous sales experience to join their successful team.

Working with some the UK’s best education institutions, you will have the responsibility of facilitating prospective students through the application process for their university of choice. Through a series of telephone calls, you will understand the needs and objectives of students and help advise which course is most suitable. As Sales Executive you will then support the student through the admissions and enrolment process to ensure the journey is as smooth as possible.

As Sales Executive your communication skills will be second to none whether that be over the telephone, or in writing via email and text. You’ll strive to hit targets to get students onboard through a consultative process, keep up with the latest news and trends within higher education and share your learning experiences and successes in team meetings. In addition, you will have the following skills and experience:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a consultative sales role or similar
  • An understanding or experience of Higher Education and/or student recruitment/admissions would be preferred but is not essential  
  • Communication with international students
  • Ability to self-motivate and achieve targets
  • Enjoy problem solving, decision making and quick thinking
  • Use of a CRM system to track activity

This role will suit someone who wants to be part of a high achieving sales team, someone who enjoys a challenge, can meet deadlines, smash KPIs and is flexible and adaptable when business needs change. You will have an interest in education whether that be through your own learning journey or your current role/career.
