Sales Director, global higher education: £70-75k + OTE £120k++ bonus + extensive benefits

Our market leading client is a globally recognised education institution that offers students the opportunity to study in an international setting. They have formed a number of strategic partners with the shared objective of delivering accessible qualifications and preparing students for success. Currently experiencing an exciting period of growth, they are now looking for a Sales Director to manage a large international telemarketing team (75 people).

What will I be doing?

You’ll have full responsibility for creating and motivating the sales team, optimising the sales process to maximise results and achieve ROI impact! As Sales Director you’ll be hands-on in your approach to setting and monitoring targets, ensuring that these are achieved and that workload is prioritised. You’ll be confident using the CRM system efficiently and effectively, previous use of Salesforce would be advantageous as you will be creating sales training on the platform.

Using your excellent knowledge of sales orientated business processes you will support programs to drive brand awareness and sales. You’ll have a strong understanding of sales cycles, buyer personas, customer needs and customer lifecycle management which you will use to accurate forecast future sales as well as form plans to adapt to marketplace shifts.

What do I need?

– Strong experience managing a large sales team, international a bonus

– Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and resolve conflict within a matrix organisation. 

– Experience of student recruitment at a postgraduate level is a bonus
