CRM Manager (maternity cover), £50-£55k, global company + great bens 

Our client is an entertainment company looking for an experienced and enthusiastic CRM Campaign Manager to cover a 6 month maternity cover based in their modern offices in central London.

The CRM Manager will support the Director of Loyalty in planning, managing and implementing highly targeted direct and digital marketing programmes to maximise customer visitation frequency and spend. KPIs will focus on engagement and loyalty, retention, player visitation and spend, welcome/nursery programmes and campaign ROI.  

Main responsibilities of CRM Campaign Manager include:

  • Assisting in the strategy development and execution of multichannel customer journey initiatives
  • Optimising and encouraging evolution of Salesforce Marketing Cloud digital programmes including lifecycle trigger programmes and transactional messaging
  • Flexibility to travel within the UK and possibly internationally
  • Analysing consumer behaviour and adapting customer journey accordingly
  • Working with Marketing Analysts and on-property marketing teams to prevent layering of customer offers or communications
  • Maximising campaigns by engaging customers with the most targeted and relevant content at each stage of the customer lifecycle for key programmes and segments
  • Monitoring campaign performance on an ongoing basis and optimising campaign rules to maximise effectiveness
  • Developing strategies to pre-emptively identify, win back and retain disengaged customers

Skills:

  • Advanced Excel; SEQUEL scripts writing is desired but not required essential
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM
  • Strategic thinker
  • Analytical and process driven
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail is a must

If you have experience as a CRM Campaign Manager, e-CRM Manager or a Customer Relationship Manager this could be the perfect position for you. As a CRM Campaign Manager you will have previous experience in developing and monitoring CRM campaigns.
