CRM Manager (Customer Relationship Management Specialist) up to £34,000 plus excellent benefits

We are looking for a CRM and conversion guru to join a lovely team of marketers in a leading London university. Our client is looking for a conversion and CRM specialist/CRM Officer  to plan and deliver effective strategies, driving conversion across key stages of their customer journey. Benefits include 45 days holiday (including Bank Holidays), season ticket loan to name a few!

You’ll be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and innovate communications,  implementing the marketing strategy and the coordination of marketing activity to drive growth in student recruitment.  

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Shaping and developing effective, compelling communications
  • Provide best practice and expertise on CRM and wider communications
  • Carry out segmentation and marketing lead management, including lead scoring
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to acquire potential content and ideas for digital communications
  • Confidently and comfortably make recommendations for enhancements on email campaigns and conversion activities
  • Competitor and sector monitoring and insight

Skills and experience required:

  • Extensive experienceof using a CRM systems within a marketing team
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to deliver top quality written communications for a wide variety of audiences across multiple channels
  • A strong target and metric driven approach 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding time management and organisational skills
  • Cool, calm and collected under pressure
  • High attention to detail
  • A high level of computing skills, including CRM experience
