Head of Demand Generation – OTE £100k, 80K Euro base plus 20k bonus London, Barcelona or Berlin location

Our client is a unique, very well-funded and high-profile tech SaaS start-up backed by world-class investors from some of tech’s most disruptive companies. The culture is cool, intelligent and you would be working with ‘best of breed’ tech, digital and e-commerce types in a relaxed and friendly set up (yoga, meditation, free coffee and breakfast provided!) As Head of Demand Generation, you will be focused on growing top of the funnel sales pipeline exponentially.  You’ll oversee teams responsible for inbound marketing, outbound marketing, paid advertising, content marketing, field marketing and events and demand generation programmes. You’ll be someone who thrives on targets and hitting numbers and understand how to scale leads across different business segments and languages. This is a busy role and will suit someone who thrives on the fast-paced nature of a high growth start up.

To join this fast-growing SaaS business as Head of Demand Generation, you will need:

  • A proven track record in growing a fast-growth start up business
  • 5 years plus experience as Head/Director of growth or demand generation within a B2B tech start up, preferably SaaS owning the overall pipeline generation
  • 8 years as a marketing professional with team management experience
